Taste Maker

to join our back-of-house team at The Rising Sun in Colden Common, Winchester.

This isn't your typical chef's role - we do things differently. Our menu is built on bold flavours, global inspiration, and tried-and-tested recipes, so you can focus on consistency, speed, and teamwork without the stress of reinventing the wheel. It's about bringing great food to life, every single time, in a place where personality and people matter.

What You'll Do

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes (pizzas, pies, burgers, fries, and more) to set standards. Follow our structured processes to keep food quality, safety, and hygiene spot on. Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and ready for the next rush. Work shoulder-to-shoulder with your team to deliver a smooth, lively service. Support the wider pub team when needed - we're all about rolling up our sleeves together.
What We're Looking For

A team player with energy and a can-do attitude. Someone reliable, calm under pressure, and hungry to learn. Great attention to detail and pride in doing things the right way. Previous kitchen experience is helpful, but not essential - we'll train you up!
