To ensure the highest standards in our kitchen operations, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Back of House Team Leader to join our leadership team. As the BOH Team Leader, you will oversee the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with health and safety standards. You will lead and inspire a team of kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, promoting teamwork and high performance.? Operational Management: Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality and consistency.? Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, order supplies, and minimize waste.? Compliance: Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and cleanliness standards.? Training & Development: Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.?

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:



Experience in a supervisory role within a kitchen environment.? Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.? Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.? Willingness to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.?

Security Pass Requirements



As this role involves working at an airport, successful candidates will also need to obtain a security pass. For this, we will require valid photo ID, such as a Driving Licence or Passport. Please ensure you can provide the appropriate original documentation during the recruitment process
