We're on the lookout for a Chef who's passionate about bold flavours, seasonal ingredients, and plates that make people smile. You'll be part of a brand-new kitchen team, helping to shape our menus, lead service with pride, and set the tone for food that guests talk about long after they've left.

Duties
Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and measuring. Cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Assist in meal preparation and ensure timely service during busy periods. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils. Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations. Support the front of house staff by assisting with serving when necessary.
Qualifications
Previous kitchen experience or culinary experience is preferred. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and cooking methods. Understanding of food safety practices and regulations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues. A passion for food and a desire to learn and grow within the culinary field. Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 48 per week
