You'll be given a generous basic salary of up to 45k (dependent on capability and experience).

Your days will be spent helping some of the company's many happy customers with their billing queries and you'll love being able to provide a service that's unrivalled in the industry.

Being part of a well-respected telecoms and IT provider based on the South C oast, you'll enjoy using your communication skills to help members of your customers' organisations at all levels.

You'll have solid experience in working as a backend billings specialist in the telecoms sector and you'll have knowledge of things such as recurring revenue, bill runs and direct debits.

With an achievable target, you'll also have the opportunity to upsell.



You'll be working closely within a small team and will be given support and excellent technical training on the platforms used.
