Responsibilities

• Integrate telecom systems onto the Bondio platform, ensuring seamless interaction with existing infrastructure.
• Evaluate REST APIs from telecom partners to determine compatibility with Bondio systems and assess their ability to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with the product team to gather and clarify project requirements, and deliver end-to-end solutions, including technical design, code implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
• Resolve customer queries and technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions when needed.
• Participate in on-call support duties as required, ensuring critical issues are addressed quickly and effectively.
• Improve the technical architecture of the platform, implementing changes to enhance scalability, flexibility, and robustness.
• Ensure high code quality, following best practices and maintaining a clean, well-documented codebase.
• Design and implement server-side APIs, data models, and business logic
• Build reusable and modular backend components, promoting code reusability, maintainability, and scalability.
• Perform thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables and a smooth user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging web development trends, frameworks, and best practices, and proactively recommend improvements to enhance development processes.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance team productivity and product quality.

Requirements
Backend: NodeJs, Typescript, Mysql, AWS
You're the engineer we're looking for if you have:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a software engineer, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
• Proficiency in backend technologies, with hands-on experience.
• A strong ability to design, code, test, and maintain applications, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Experience with building customer-facing APIs, with a focus on user-centric development and high-availability architectures.
• Comfort working with tight deadlines and delivering high-impact projects with efficiency and precision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A collaborative mindset and experience working in remote-first teams, where self-direction, responsibility, and communication are key to success.
• A passion for solving problems and an ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues quickly.
• A business-focused approach to software development, always keeping customer needs and project goals at the forefront.
• A sharp eye for detail, especially when it comes to error handling, UX implementation, and ensuring a flawless user experience.
• A growth mindset, always eager to learn new technologies, improve your skills, and stay ahead of the curve in the software development space.
