Responsibilities

Manage baggage handling processes efficiently to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with airline staff and ground services to streamline operations outside the terminal. Maintain safety standards and adhere to security protocols. Assist passengers with baggage-related inquiries and support. Support team members in daily operational tasks. Contribute to a safe and organized work environment. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on procedures.

Qualifications

Proven experience or strong interest in baggage handling or logistics woulod be an advantage. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Strong analysis skills for problem-solving and process improvement. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Good communication skills and customer service orientation. Ability to follow safety and security guidelines rigorously. Flexibility to adapt to changing operational needs. Prior experience in airport or transportation sectors is a plus.
