The Role

Bailing Operator

We are looking for a reliable Bailing Operator to join our team. This is a hands-on, physical role that involves operating machinery in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience with machinery is an advantage, but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor the bailing machine to ensure efficient and safe processing of bales Adhere to all safety procedures and wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE) Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets Report any equipment faults or safety concerns promptly to the supervisor
Qualifications

Physically fit and capable of performing demanding tasks Willingness to engage in practical, hands-on training Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance with company policies

Working Hours & Pay

Monday - Thursday:

8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Friday (early finish):

8:00 AM - 1:00 PM

13.87/hour

+ bonuses + overtime opportunities
