- Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies

- Follow recipes and ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality and taste

- Measure and mix ingredients accurately

- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters

- Monitor baking process to ensure proper temperature and cooking time

- Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines

To excel in this role, you should have the following skills:

- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and baking techniques

- Experience working in a bakery or culinary environment

- Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently produce high-quality baked goods

- Proficiency in food preparation techniques, including mixing, kneading, shaping, and decorating

- Knowledge of food safety procedures and best practices

- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely production of baked goods
