We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Bakery professional. Duties

Prepare and Bake consistent bagels over and over in quick succession Assist in the production of baked goods, ensuring consistency and quality. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all kitchen staff and customers. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during service hours. Participate in menu planning and development, providing input based on culinary trends and customer preferences.

Experience

Previous experience in food production or preparation is essential, with a strong emphasis on cooking techniques. Culinary experience in a restaurant setting is highly desirable, particularly in high-volume environments. Familiarity with baking processes and techniques is an advantage. A solid understanding of food safety practices is required to maintain hygiene standards within the kitchen. Previous kitchen experience will be beneficial in navigating the demands of a busy culinary environment.
