Job Description

Job Scope:

Prepare a variety of baked goods, including donuts, waffles, cakes, and desserts. Follow recipes and ensure that baked goods are prepared to the highest quality standards. Measure and mix ingredients, knead dough, and shape dough to prepare for baking. Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters to prepare and bake goods. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate the preparation and delivery of baked goods. Monitor inventory levels and order ingredients and supplies as needed. Develop and test new recipes and products to add to the menu. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure that all baked goods are safe for consumption. Train and mentor new bakers as needed.

Assist and attend to customers as needed, providing product information, recommendations, and excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
