Summary

We are looking for a passionate Baker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a variety of italian baked goods that delight our customers and contribute to our mission of providing farmers market freshness in every bite.

Responsibilities

Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts according to our recipes. Ensure all baked goods meet quality standards for taste and presentation. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment following food safety regulations. Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new recipes and seasonal offerings. Monitor inventory levels of baking ingredients and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Adhere to health and safety standards in food preparation and handling.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role within a kitchen environment. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Passion for baking with an understanding of various baking techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with the kitchen team.
