We are hiring an experienced Baker

As part of our London production lab, you will play a key role in producing our wide range of artisanal breads. Joining Copains means being part of a

where your skills will help set new standards for gluten-free baking.

Key Responsibilities

Produce and bake a variety of gluten-free breads according to Copains recipes (sourdoughs, specialty loaves, baguettes, etc.) Manage mixing, shaping, fermentation, and baking with precision Maintain quality and consistency across production Collaborate with the pastry and viennoiserie teams to ensure smooth lab operations
