The Role

We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated

Baker

to join our production team in London. You will be responsible for preparing and baking a wide variety of gluten-free breads, from sourdoughs to baguettes, all made from scratch using traditional methods and Copains' own recipes.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, mix, shape, ferment, and bake a range of gluten-free artisanal breads Ensure consistent quality and follow all recipes and production processes Work closely with the pastry and viennoiserie teams for smooth daily operations Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the lab

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in professional baking (experience with sourdough and artisan breads is a plus) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes precisely Interest in organic and gluten-free baking Reliable, efficient, and able to work as part of a team Right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not provided)
