We are seeking a passionate and skilled Baker to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and baking, with a keen understanding of food safety and production practices. As a Baker, you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality baked goods that delight our customers and contribute to our restaurant's reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and bake a variety of bread products to during the preparation and baking process.

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.

- Monitor inventory levels of baking ingredients and assist with ordering supplies as needed.

- Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and improve existing offerings.

- Assist in the training of junior kitchen staff on baking techniques and food safety practices.

Requirements

- Proven experience in food preparation and baking within a culinary or restaurant environment.

- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining high standards of quality.

- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of food production.

- A passion for baking and a desire to create exceptional baked goods.
