Job Description
Around Noon Bakery is currently recruiting for a Skilled Baker to join our energetic and fun team and as a Skilled Baker you will strengthen the team and help us achieve our Vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete all required food safety and production paperwork accurately and on time. Weigh, mix, and prepare cake batters according to company specifications. Bake and decorate cakes to a high standard, ensuring both taste and presentation meet brand expectations. Ensure consistent product quality and timely production output. Adhere strictly to company recipes, methods, and standard operating procedures. Follow all health and safety policies and procedures, including the clean as you go principle. Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace at all times.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar bakery or cake production role. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations. A proactive and team-oriented attitude.
