Baker/cake Decorator
Job Description
We are looking for a part time baker to join our friendly team. Must have experience in all aspects of cake baking. You will be expected to work in a busy wedding cake shop batch baking our recipes from scratch ingredients. Other tasks include customer service, answering the phone, cutting and filling cakes, ganaching cakes, torting and decorating buttercream cakes, cleaning, cake decoration, delivery and set up of wedding cakes
Hours will be Monday, Tuesday , Saturday 9-5. Driving licence essential. Must have professional/working experience of baking in a high volume environment.
This job is open to applicants who live in Scotland, within commuting distance of the shop.
