Job Description

We are looking for a talented and passionate Patisserie Chef to join our exsitin Ronzio Bakery team within our new unit in bustling Partick in the heart of Glasgow West End, to bring creativity consistency and high quality standards to our bakery offering. You'll be responsible for producing a range of fresh pastries, cakes desserts and signature bakes that showcase exceptional technique and flavour.

Key

Responsibilities

Prepare and produce a full range of pastries cakes and desserts and baked goods to consistent high standard Develop new products and contribute creative ideas for seasonal menus and specials. Ensure that all items are beautifully presented and meet brand standards Manage daily production schedules to ensure efficient workflow Maintain excellent standards of food hygiene cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen Monitor stock levels order ingredients and reduce waste Work closely with the team to endure smooth service and timely production Adjere to all food safety regulations and company policies.

Skills and Experience

Previous experience as a patisserie chef, pastry chef or similar role in a bakery, cafe hotel or patisserie Strong technical skill in pastry baking and dessert preparation Creativity and a passion for flavour texture and presentation ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment Excellent attention to detail Strong organisational skills and ability to manage time and production schedules Knowledge of allergen management and food safety standards (level 2/3 Food Hygiene preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.64-15.72 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 45 per week
