Job Description

We are looking for someone to join our in-house patisserie team here at Endsleigh Garden Centre for temporary Christmas work starting 17/11/2025 and ending 19/12/2025.

This would be for 20 hours a week, 4 hours a day Monday-Friday shifts would be 1030-1430.

As a bakery assistant, we would love you to have experience in a similar environment, with some knowledge in patisserie and baking. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, quality driven and keen to learn and develop.

Roles & Responsibilities:

-To help in delivering a consistent product of a high standard for the pastry department ensuring our guests receive the best quality of our products.

-To assist pastry team in controlling stock and minimising wastage.

-Ability to follow specifications and instructions given to you by the team.
