Job Description

We are currently looking for a Bakery Assistant to join our team at Becws Mon in Gaerwen. This is a full-time role that offers an opportunity to work in a bustling bakery environment, creating delicious treats for our loyal customers.

As a Bakery Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the head baker in all aspects of the baking process. This includes preparing ingredients, measuring and mixing dough, shaping and decorating baked goods, and ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality. You will also help to maintain a clean and organised workspace.

To be successful in this role, you should have a passion for baking and a willingness to learn. Previous experience in a bakery or food service environment is preferred but not required. We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

This is a 37.5 hour week, days including Monday. Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday.

Shifts patterns range from:

7am - 3pm

9am - 5pm

11am - 7pm
