La focaccia ltd are recruiting for a Production Bakery Assistant for their small production of Artisan Italian bakery in Armely. Full time,part-time and flexible hours available .

We are looking for a bakery assistant / chef assistant to join our small artisan Italian bakery at La focaccia in Armley ( Leeds ).

Working closely with our head baker you will provide the very best Artisan Italian bakery produce.

This role will require someone with high attention to detail and a passion for well presented food.

We pride ourselves in what we do to make sure we deliver great food and experiences for our customers at home.

This is a full time position BUT we are up for some flexible working around here. Our normal working hours our 9am- 5pm Monday- Friday. We're keen to find someone who would like to work flexibly across the week- earlier or later starts work for us or weekend working with days off. We are open to finding the right person and pattern so let's have a chat about how we can make it work for you.

job Requirements :

- Be able to conduct food preparation for our artisan produce with attention to details.

-Be able to work well with as part of small production team.

-Following health and safety, and hygiene regulations, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness by following a HACCP system.

- Have enthusiasm for maximising production and improving efficiency.

-Pro active in product development- we love new ideas.

- Support the Head Baker in daily tasks

Qualifications:

- Basic cooking knowledge with a passion for Italian cuisine is ideal but not necessary

- Ability to work independently and in a team.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Enthusiastic and outgoing personality.
