We are looking for a team member to join our bakery team. You'll be supporting our Bakery Manager and team in the daily preparations of a range of traditional slab cakes. Candidate if accepted will be sent on a Level 2 Food Safety & Manufacturing paid on the company's behalf.

Key Responsibilities:
To support our current baking team
To maintain the company's vision and ethos.
To prepare, develop and maintain high quality products.
To ensure all products are baked to a high standard both safely and legally
To ensure that you are correctly dressed, adhere to high personal hygiene standards
Candidate will be expected to learn all aspects of our production line which will include Cooking, Depositing, Post Cook Prep, Packing and Weighing of Ingredients
Candidate will be expected to work our production hours of 6:30 am - 5pm (hours will vary dependent on customer requirements)

Passionate about baking and food in general
Must be highly organized with attention to detail
Great attitude and willingness to learn and progress
Calm and efficient in a busy environment
Must be strong as position will include some heavy lifting

Pay: 7.55-12.25 per hour
