Job Description

This job is paid minimum wage so if the applicant is below 21 years old the advertised wage will be in line with current government guidelines

Mon 4am-12pm, Tues-Fri 4.30am-12pm

Responsibilities:
- Create and decorate cakes according to customer specifications - Decorate baked goods according to company specifications
- Use various tools and techniques to apply icing, fondant, and other decorative elements
- Ensure baked goods are finished and presented in a visually appealing manner
- Collaborate with other bakery staff to coordinate orders
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and organization of work area
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards

Skills:
- Previous experience as a cake decorator or in a similar role is preferred but not essential
- Strong artistic skills with the ability to create visually appealing designs
- Knowledge of different cake decorating techniques and tools
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent time management skills
