The Company
My client is one of the UK\'s largest ingredients suppliers and wholesalers who have grown considerably over the last decade. They are a B2B business who supply their products to food manufacturers and retailers across the UK. As an organisation they are part of a global company, so they offer job stability and career development and training.
The Role
This role encompasses many duties, some of these will be.
- Manage the relationships within your designated territory- creating increases in revenue and margins, whilst driving improvements with customer service
- Ensure continued development of new business pipeline opportunities.
- Create customer campaigns, including pricing, margin management, customer trials, service levels and driving range.
- Manage the budget and forecasting to ensure effective delivery of action plans.
- Carry out strong and effective negotiations.
To be considered for this opportunity you will need.
- Significant sales experience in the bakery sector
- Excellent skills in negotiations, relationships & communication as well as highly numerate
- A strong understanding of portfolio selling and constructing contracts.
- Experienced with P&L and Balance sheets.
- A full & clean driving licence.
If successful the salary range is \xc2\xa335 to \xc2\xa345K, you have a company car and fuel card and a performance-based bonus structure.
