About the Role
Our new store,
Avens Retail
, is looking for a special person to lead our friendly and hardworkingbakery and hot food counter team
.As Bakery Manager, you'll be the heart of our food-to-go operation. You'll create stock orders, prepare delicious food such as filled rolls, sandwiches and paninis, serve customers at the deli counter with a smile, and maintain the highest hygiene standards by keeping preparation and service areas spotless.
You'll be supported by a brilliant team and play a key role in building our bakery into a destination for great food and great service.

At least
1 year's experience
in a serviced food role (bakery, deli, or cafe). Aproven track record
of delivering excellent customer service.Strong leadership skills
to motivate and inspire your team.Creative flair and attention to detail
to ensure every product looks as good as it tastes. A good understanding ofFood Safety practices and procedures
(training provided if needed).Commercial awareness
