We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Bakery Assistant to join our dynamic team and help us continue to grow.

Position Overview:

As a Bakery Production Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bakery. Your main responsibilities will include assisting in the preparation and baking of a wide range of products, maintaining a clean and organised workspace. You will work alongside a team of dedicated bakers to create high-quality, freshly baked goods that meet our customers' expectations. This is a hands-on position that offers a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in the baking industry while working in a dynamic and friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities

:

Assist with the preparation, baking, and packaging of baked goods. Ensure all products are made to the highest quality standards. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, following health and safety guidelines, and HAACP requirements. Provide excellent customer service, including assisting customers with their orders and answering questions about products. Help with stock management, including receiving deliveries and maintaining inventory. Follow all bakery procedures and recipes accurately. Support the team in all aspects of bakery operations.

Requirements

:

Previous experience in a bakery or food production environment is preferred but not essential. Passion for baking and working with food. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Flexible and reliable with the ability to work weekends and early mornings as required.

Monday - 8:30am - 3:30pm

Tuesday 8:30am - 3:30pm

Wednesday 8:30am-3:30pm

Thursday 8:30am - 3:30pm

Friday 8:30am - 3:30pm

Adhoc Saturday 8:30am - 12:30pm
