Overview

We are looking for a Bakery Sales Assistant who is passionate about great customer service and loves working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. You'll be the face of our bakery--serving customers, handling cash, and helping ensure everyone leaves with a smile (and something delicious!).

Must be able to do some 6am starts and 3/4pm closes

Duties

Serve customers with a friendly, professional manner Handle cash and card transactions accurately Restock displays and ensure the shop looks clean and inviting at all times Follow daily opening and closing procedures Learn about our products and provide knowledgeable recommendations Upsell bakery items confidently after training Work some early shifts (from 6am) and some late finishes (until 3/4pm) on a rota basis

Experience

Excellent customer service and communication skills A positive attitude and team spirit Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Flexible to work both early morning starts and afternoon closes Willingness to learn about our products and upselling techniques Previous experience in retail or hospitality is a bonus, but not essential

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour
