We are looking for an assistant Team Leader for our busy bakery shop in Galashiels.
The position involves:
Helping in management of a small team of staff
Arranging work rota's
Managing shop stock levels
Daily ordering of fresh bakery goods
Maintaining cleaning and temperature control records
Daily cashing-up of till
The ideal canditate should have the following attributes:
Have a customer focused work ethic (essential)
Have experience of managing staff (preferred)
Have food handling experience (preferred)
Be a good team-worker (essential)
This is a great opportunity for the correct candidate to work in a busy bakery shop.
Training specific to our company will be provided.
5 shifts per week (Monday - Saturday). Approx 32 hours per week as a minumim with plenty opportunity for overtime.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 12.25-13.35 per hour
