Job Description
Get Baked is looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our Bakery team. We are looking for a working bakery team leader, who is self-motivated, reliable, approachable and dependable. This position is at our LS11 (Beeston) location and will require some weekend availability. The shift patterns are currently 40 hours spread across 5 days over 7.
Shift patters are a rotation of 5 shifts covering both 6am-2.15pm or 1.30pm-10pm Mon-Saturday and 7am-3.15pm Sundays.
Responsibilities:
As a Bakery Team Leader, you will lead a team in the preparation and production of high-quality baked goods. With core skills in food preparation, cooking, and baking, you will oversee the bakery operations whilst on shift, ensuring quality standards are adhered to as well as food safety standards. Your skills in food production will drive efficiency and consistency in output. Relevant experience in production and/or food settings will enhance your ability to manage a team effectively and deliver exceptional bakery products. You will work alongside the team in the bakery you and will run the shift as per the production plan and delegate tasks amongst your team accordingly. Whilst you also help the team to mix, bake, and decorate baked goods.
