We're creating a brand-new team to bake and decorate a premium dessert range and we're looking for brilliant bakers/decorators to join us!

Based in Flint, North Wales

What You'll Be Doing:

Baking and assembling desserts from scratch - just like at home, but on a bigger scale! Applying buttercreams, creams and decorations by hand using a piping bag and pallet knife to match a signature brand style (full training will be provided). Working quickly and accurately to meet daily production targets. Keeping quality high, batch after batch. Maintaining a clean, efficient workspace. Helping produce a brand-new dessert range.
What You Must Have:

Some baking experience - either from a previous job or at home. A strong eye for detail - precision really matters in this role. The ability to work fast and keep up with production. A high standard of cleanliness and consistency. Ability to follow instructions accurately. A positive, can-do attitude and a team mindset.
Shifts:

We're offering both part-time and full-time roles. All roles are fixed rota. Choose the shift pattern that suits you best:

3 Days - Morning Shift: 8.00am - 2:30pm, Monday to Friday (days arranged to suit each week) (Includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch break each day) 6 paid hours per day / 18 hours per week 4 Days - Day Shift: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Saturday (days arranged to suit each week) (Includes 2 x 30-minute breaks each day, 1 break will be paid) 8.5 paid hours per day / 34 hours per week
Starting Wage:

Age 21 and over: 12.21-13.21 per hour, depending on experience, paid weekly or monthly (your preference).

Age 18 to 20: 10.00 - 11.00 per hour, depending on experience, paid weekly or monthly (your preference).
