- Operating bakery machinery and equipment (SOPs)
- Mixing, preparing, and baking products according to recipes
- Ensuring all products meet our high-quality standards - conduct regular checks on product and report any deviations to the Line Leader
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the work area - adhere strictly to Food Safety standards (HACCP), maintain a ''clean as you go'' workplace
- Adhering to health and safety regulations, follow all manual handling guidelines
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a bakery or food production environment preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, to stand for long shifts and lift up to 25kg
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
