Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic Ballet Coaches to lead after-school clubs in and around Enfield starting in September 2025.
Role Overview:
The after-school sports clubs run during school term time.
You must be available between 3:20 PM and 4:30 PM on Tuesdays.
This role offers a fantastic entry-level opportunity in the sport and dance industry. While a background in sport or dance coaching is advantageous, it is not mandatory. This is a permanent role with varying hours, and we welcome applications from students seeking seasonal positions, especially those aspiring to build a career in sports. We offer a very competitive pay rate based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging and effective sports sessions for primary school children Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants Foster a positive and inclusive environment Continuously work on improving coaching standards in collaboration with our team
Requirements:
Reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic Experience working with primary school children (ages 3-11) in sport or dance coaching, education, or activity settings Good leadership and organizational skills Confident, vibrant, and fun personality Ability to remain calm under pressure and work politely and efficiently in all situations A positive and enthusiastic approach
