Tiny Toes Ballet is the only pre-school dance program in the UK fully integrated with the EYFS curriculum. We inspire little ones from 6 months to 7 years old through imaginative, fun-filled ballet classes that nurture creativity, confidence, and a love of dance.

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Ballet Teacher to join our friendly Suffolk team. You will deliver our award-winning syllabus in a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment, working with young children and their families to spark joy through movement and music.

Key Responsibilities

Teach Tiny Toes Ballet classes to children aged 6 months - 7 years, following our structured syllabus. Create a warm, supportive, and inspiring environment for children and parents/carers. Manage class administration, including registers and parent communication. Ensure health and safety standards are maintained at all times. Represent Tiny Toes Ballet's values of fun, learning, and creativity.
Requirement

Grade 6 or above in Ballet Teaching experience desired but not essential Experience working with young children (nursery, school, or dance setting). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Enthusiastic, reliable, and able to adapt to children's individual needs. Full driving licence and access to own transport (classes take place at various venue in Newmarket).
