The successful candidate will provide an efficient and effective clerical service using a range of technology within their work area.
They will liaise with staff members within the Trust as well as external agencies, members of the public and if appropriate, patients/clients ensuring the smooth running of the the service.
Key Duties / Responsibilities
Deal with telephone queries within the Trust and members of the public
Provide clerical support using a range of technology
Open mail and direct correspondence accordingly
Carry out Reception duties as required
Take responsibility for requisitioning and maintaining stationary supply as required
Undertake other ad hoc admin and clerical duties as required
Process a range of documents such as letters, memos, minutes.
Essential Criteria
4 GCSEs at Grades A - C including English Language and Maths equivalent / higher qualification OR 1 year's experience in a clerical / administrative role
Experience in the use of Microsoft Office Word, Excel or equivalent
