Develop appropriate guidance and communication items to all staff outlining ONR's arrangements for Incident Management and Business Continuity Management, outlining their role and responsibilities.
Proactively develop, prepare, and deliver incident management and business continuity training to ONR staff including the incident management response groups and senior stakeholders.
Test incident response and recovery plans by developing and delivering local and ONR wide scenario exercises as required, ensuring staff are aware of roles and relevant procedures.
Develop and maintain incident logs, exercising and maintenance schedules, and other key points of management information for use in internal reporting; assist in the preparation of reports for presentation for a variety of internal audiences, including senior management.
Develop a network of internal and external contacts including external agencies i.e. government departments and industry bodies in order to develop effective working relationships and to ensure plans are in place and kept updated.

ONR operates hybrid working (working in the office and or at home) as part of our flexible working policy. There is an expectation that everyone will spend time in the office on a regular basis, recognising that some work is better done face to face.
