An exciting opportunity is available with Urgent Community Response South.
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join the team and undertake a newly created Care Coordinator role - completing safe and efficient allocation of urgent patient visits.
To undertake the safe and efficient co-ordination of urgent patient appointments for Urgent Community Response South. To audit and monitor electronic information to ensure accuracy and quality. To maintain good customer care when communicating with the public and health/social care professionals.
To support with basic data management on a daily basis.

The Urgent Community Response South Service operates 7 days per week, including bank holidays between the hours of 8am and 8pm. There is a requirement to work weekends and bank holidays.
