Band 3 Inventory Management Assistant

Job Description
We have an immediate start opportunity available for a band 3 Inventory Management Assistant\'s at Doncaster Royal Infirmary to start as soon as possible at Doncaster Royal Infirmary. Shifts will be part time (8am to 1pm) but full time positions will be considered, likely to be 5/7 days. This position will run for 2/3months.
Duties:
- Ordering of consumable stocks in departmental/ward store area
- Process non-stock
- Receive and check stock list for accuracy and action discrepancies or returns
- Re-order consumables and review with managers/budget holders on a regular basis.
- Produce and interpret reports to illustrate usage of products.
- Identify new products that should be added to the portfolio of products.
- Replenish wards and departments with delivered goods
- Identify surplus stock and arrange for its disposal
- Assist in the delivery of products to wards and departments
- Attend meetings
- Move roll cages around the Trust and store safely
