Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Data Operator with Estates & Facilities experience and preferably Micad experience to support the Estates & Facilities team at Nottingham University Hospitals City Hospital. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in migrating data to the Micad system, ensuring accurate and efficient record-keeping to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.

Temporary placement up to 6 months

Key Responsibilities



Input and manage data within the Micad system

Ensure accuracy and completeness of records

Support the Estates team in streamlining processes

Assist in reducing risk associated with delayed data migration

Requirements



Background working in an Estates & Facilities setting

Strong data entry and administrative skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Experience with Micad or similar database systems (desirable)
