Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities for the role include but not limited to: Assist the reporting officer in completing personnel mid-year and annual Appraisal Report for all staff whom they have Line Manager responsibilities, completing MyHR reporting process in line with policies and procedures. Be responsible for monitoring the welfare of those under their authority and is to be the primary contact for dealing with staff issues. Raising any concerns to SDO/RHQ as required. Co-ordinate staff leave, courses and other absences to ensure adequate staffing of the Dental Centre.



Maintain a register of all staffs Disclosure and Barring Service status. Liaise with the Regional Headquarters and ensure that staff remain in date for Disclosure and Barring checks. Ensure the supervision, discipline, and efficiency of Dental Care Professionals under their line management authority.
