Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and assessing patient conditions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Assist in the training and supervision of junior nursing staff and nursing students. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care outcomes.

Requirements

Valid registration as a nurse with the appropriate regulatory body. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology, with the ability to apply this knowledge in clinical practice. Proven experience in patient care, demonstrating empathy and effective communication skills. Competence in medication administration, including understanding pharmacology principles. Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
