Band 5 Nurse - Childrens Respite centre - RMN, childrens or RNLD Nurse



35,763 - 43,466 Per annum inclusive of HCAS



Are you a registered mental health, children's, or learning disability nurse with a deep passion for supporting children and young people with complex health needs, autism and challenging behaviour? Do you believe in making a meaningful difference in the lives of young people and their families by providing compassionate care and enriching short breaks?

We're looking for someone who:

Has the leadership skills to manage staff and take charge as a shift leader

Possesses strong clinical expertise, including:

Safe administration of medication, including teaching and assessing competencies for junior staff



Enteral feeding



Emergency medication protocols, including epilepsy care



Working with young people with Autism and challenging behaviour



Can deliver person-centred care plans tailored to each child or young person



Demonstrates excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit
