What you will do:

• Provide high-quality physiotherapy assessment and treatment to patients with orthopaedic conditions
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Develop and implement effective rehabilitation programmes tailored to each patient's individual needs
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
• Educate patients and their families on physiotherapy techniques and principles to aid long-term recovery
• Assist with discharge planning and liaise with community services as needed
• Maintain up-to-date patient records in accordance with HCPC standards

To be successful in this role, you must be HCPC registered and a car driver, providing the mobility necessary to practice in various locations as needed.
