Main duties of the job

A new exciting opportunity has arisen for three additional skilled, motivated and compassionate nurses with relevant experience in caring for children with life threatening/limiting conditions.Our established, passionate, and dedicated Children's Palliative Care Nursing Service delivers high quality and holistic child centred care to CYP who require nursing interventions. Focus of care will be on quality of life, supporting the child/young person and family through their palliative care journey and end of life phase whilst in their own home. We require someone who is passionate about palliative care and can make a difference to the lives of children and young people (CYP) and their family. The post holder will be required to support families to ensure all aspects of social, emotional, practical, and nursing needs are met.
