We are seeking an experienced Band 6 Physiotherapist to join a well-established Community MSK Team in Manchester. Key Responsibilities
Provide thorough MSK physiotherapy assessments and evidence-based treatments in community settings.
Develop and implement patient-specific rehabilitation plans to optimise physical function and recovery.
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective care.
Educate patients and families on managing conditions, promoting self-care and long-term health.
Maintain clear and accurate patient documentation in line with NHS clinical governance standards.
Essential Requirements
HCPC registered Physiotherapist.
Minimum of 3 years post-registration experience, including at least 12 months at Band 6 level.
Demonstrable experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential for community travel).
Prior NHS experience is preferred but not mandatory for exceptional candidates.
