The Falls Therapy Service is looking to recruit a Band 6 Physiotherapist.
The post would be suitable for a dynamic individual who is enthusiastic and motivated to continue their professional development. This will be supported through CPD programmes, as well as opportunities to be involved in shaping the delivery of the Falls Therapy Programme in Shropshire. This is the perfect role for clinicians with a vision for enhancing their knowledge and skills in the field of Falls Therapy.

To work within the Falls Therapy Team, as required by the service, with therapy colleagues and the wider MDT, in meeting the needs of people who require falls assessment and treatment, to provide a high standard of physiotherapy care.
To perform falls assessments and outcome measures of patients including those with diverse and complex presentations/multi-pathologies and deliver FaME treatment programme.
To provide a high standard of physiotherapy care and undertake all aspects of clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner and provide support and development of junior members of staff.
The post holder is also responsible for the prioritisation of their personal work load whilst balancing patient need against their available work time.
Be involved in triage of referrals and service development.
