We are seeking a motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Community Mental Health Team within the Dementia and Frailty service area. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide clinical leadership across the Dementia and Frailty Community Mental Health Teams, delivering high-quality care, and contribute to service development in a forward-thinking service.



Professional lead the OT service across Dementia and Frailty Community Mental Health pathways.

Deliver specialist OT assessments and interventions for individuals with complex needs.

Provide professional leadership, supervision, and appraisal for OT staff.

Contribute to service planning, development, and evaluation.

Facilitate student placements and support professional development.

Lead on clinical governance and quality improvement projects.
