In this role, you will:

You will lead and manage safe and effective delivery of the care and support for people accessing the centre.

You will lead a team of professional and support staff in the delivery of high-quality evidence-based practice, ensuring that regular supervision and appraisal take place. You will carry out clinical and managerial procedures to a standard that ensures safe and effective care. You will manage administrative and operational resources in a cost-effective manner, evaluating the standard of service delivered.

What you'll need--and be able to provide evidence for:

You will possess an active registration with Social Work England (SWE). You will have a recognised professional qualification in Social Work. Demonstrable management skills. You will be able to demonstrate experience in mental health.
