The Role

We're looking for a passionate and ambitious

Highly Specialist Therapist

to step into a role with real impact. This isn't just about delivering therapy - it's about shaping the future of services, inspiring the next generation of therapists, and helping us raise the bar for what therapy in schools can be.

Your week will typically involve:

4 days in schools

: providing a highly specialist service that transforms outcomes for children.

1 day clinical leadership

: supporting, supervising, and inspiring our therapists while contributing to service development, research, and innovation.
This is a dynamic role, designed for someone ready to combine specialist clinical skills with leadership, creativity, and a drive to make a difference.

What You'll Do

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy for children and young people across a range of settings. Mentor and supervise therapists, sharing expertise and building confidence. Shape and contribute to service innovation, training, and consultancy. The option to lead on clinical pathways, CPD sessions, and professional development opportunities. Bring fresh ideas that help us grow as a company - and as a community.
About You

You're someone who thrives in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment and shares our belief in the power of therapy to change lives. You'll need to be:

HCPC-registered Speech and Language Therapist

. Experienced - at least

6 years post-registration

and

2+ years at a specialist level in school settings

. Skilled in evidence-based, neurodiversity-affirming approaches. Confident in leadership, supervision, and motivating others. Excited about research, service development, and innovation. Open-minded, adaptable, and ready to grow with us.

Pay: 53,000.00-58,000.00 per year
