Job Description

1. Maintain professional registration by developing own knowledge and skills to ensure delivery of evidence based advanced clinical practice. 2. Provide and receive clinical supervision.

3. Act as a specialist source of knowledge, teaching and facilitating learning in order to develop the skills of the Clinical Teams with a responsibility for monitoring their practice and competence. 1. Support students (pre-and-post registration) whilst on placements by providing a quality learning environment.

2. Designs and delivers advanced training sessions, workshops and simulation for telephone triage staff including a range of clinicians. 3. Provide educational and training opportunities to students and colleagues, ensuring placements meet the relevant elements of their learning outcomes.

4. Embed evidenced-based practice and reflective learning in the team, acting as a role model for lifelong learning.
