37.5 hours - Monday to Friday - 09:00 to 17:00

In this role you will:

- You will support the planning of patient discharge with respect to medication, including the transcription of requests for dispensing.

- You will ensure the effective supply of medicines suitable for use as an inpatient.

- You will ensure the effective outcomes of treatment with medicines.

- You will Monitor patients for potential and actual adverse effects of their medicines.

- The role also requires line management and supervision of team members and attendance at trust wide meetings.

What you'll need and be able to provide evidence for:

- You must be Fully Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)

- You must possess a Vocational master's degree in pharmacy.

- You must hold a certificate in Pharmacy Practice or equivalent training/experience.

- You must be a member of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society or Member / associate member of the CMHP.
