Servicing Team
at
Aberdeen Clayhills Service Delivery Depot
as a
Band C Support
.
Reporting to the
Team Leader
, you'll play a key role in delivering contractual workloads within production target downtimes while ensuring full compliance with safety and quality standards.
Previous experience in a servicing environment is essential.
This role follows a local shift pattern, including both
dayshifts and nightshifts
, so flexibility is required.
What You'll Be Doing
As
Band C Support
, you'll help
lead and support the servicing team
on shift, ensuring the safe maintenance of all rolling stock passing through the depot from our
third-party customers
, including
ScotRail, Caledonian Sleeper, and Hitachi
.
Your responsibilities will include:
Cleaning
our fleet of trains to an exceptional standard, covering both standard and first class.
Ensuring compliance
with COSHH and health & safety regulations at all times.
Taking pride
in delivering an outstanding customer experience by maintaining the highest service standards.
Leading the team
, taking ownership and accountability to ensure smooth operations.

What You'll Need
Experience in a cleaning role
Willingness to work shift patterns (35 hours per week)
Knowledge of
COSHH
and its regulations
A strong understanding of of health & safety regulations within a depot environment
Strong ambition to provide guidance & leadership

Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check

Medical screening
We're a safety conscious business so for all roles you'll need to pass a medical screening and a drugs and alcohol test before we send you an unconditional job offer. For our safety critical roles, you'll also need to have a safety critical medical. Our friendly, in-house Health and Wellbeing team will book a time and place to suit you.
